Do we need an importer in Israel?
The responsible importer must be clarified before dispatch. If you do not have one, tell us early. In some cases a solution may be possible, subject to a review of the goods and circumstances.
Can our existing freight forwarder stay involved?
Yes. Tell us what they are arranging and which tasks you need handled in Israel. We will define the responsibilities before instructions are agreed.
What about machinery or data center equipment?
Send an equipment list and details of access at both sites. Packing, lifting, unloading and installation are separate tasks; we will identify which ones need specialist providers.
