What should I send first?
Photographs, dimensions, weight, value, collection and delivery addresses, and the required dates. Tell us whether the work already has a crate.
Is packing included?
We will check what packing the work needs and who will provide it. Specialist crating and handling must be agreed before collection.
What if the artwork is going to an exhibition?
Share the venue’s receiving window and any planned return date. We can then consider the outbound and return movements together.
Are insurance and installation included?
Only if they are specifically arranged and confirmed. We will identify who is responsible for each task and what the quotation covers.
