Plan the data center shipment
Start with the equipment and the receiving site
Send a line-by-line list of servers, racks, power and cooling equipment, spare parts or other cargo. Include the packed dimensions and gross weight of every handling unit, packaging photographs, declared value, origin, readiness date and any batteries or other regulated components. Confirm whether the cargo is new, used or being relocated.
Plan the handoffs
- Origin: collection address, loading access, export documents and the party arranging packing.
- Transport: air or sea routing, handling-unit constraints, insurance request and delivery terms.
- Israel: importer and consignee, customs documents, receiving site, booking window, loading dock and unloading responsibility.
Security rules, site induction, rack placement, lifting, installation and commissioning need separately named providers and a confirmed scope. We do not assume these are part of a freight quote.

Does transport include installation?
Only when a separately agreed provider and scope cover that work. Freight, unloading, positioning and commissioning are distinct tasks.
